I must say I had a great time strolling around the mercato coperto di Via Albinelli, browsing those sweet-smelling bakeries and tiny stores packed floor to ceiling with sausages and wheels of delicious Parmigiano Reggiano. Not to mention the stalls overflowing with fresh fruits and vegetables! Silvia is right. That old market is a magical place filled with sounds and flavors that conjure memories of long-lost days. But I’m getting carried away here… and I’m supposed to talk about what the future holds for us!
