Narrator Opening
Ciao amici, benvenuti a teatro! Come state oggi? Io sto benissimo e sono molto felice di essere qui con voi per un nuovo atto del nostro spettacolo! Today we’ll explore the most common Italian adverbs of frequency. Can you name a few? Come on… I’m giving you a hint: spesso, sempre, mai… just to name a few. Well, my friends, today we’ll also hear the story of a very special vegetable garden and the succulent tomatoes that grow in it.
Later on, during the show, Silvia and Connor will practice il condizionale di cortesia. Which, as I’m sure you’ll know by now, is used to make a request, ask for something, or offer something to someone in a courteous way. Yes, it basically works just like in English when we say, “I would like…” or “Would you like…”.
Well, my friends, I bet you can’t wait to join Silvia and Connor. And I by no means want to keep you waiting. Let’s dive in!
